REASON BEHIND HEART PALPITATION

 HEART PALPITATION

If you have ever felt a tingling sensation in your chest or throat, you may have recently had a heart attack. Most causes of heart attack are not serious, and they stand alone.

If you have concerns about a heart attack, do not hesitate to seek medical attention. Do it immediately, especially if it is accompanied by shortness of breath, sweating, or chest pain.
However, there are many reasons why a heart attack is possible. Knowing the reasons that can help you can change the work in your life to prevent heart attack.

1) Anxiety or Depression
Strong emotions like fear can cause an explosion of extra beats. The medical name for the most common type of foot strain due to depression is high tachycardia. SVT can occur in response to the body's release of adrenaline and the need for more oxygen, so the heart tries to speed up. Episodes of SVT can also occur during exercise for the same reason.

2) Caffeine, Nicotine, or Alcohol
Supraventricular tachycardia can also occur when the chemicals stimulate the heart in the same way as adrenaline. Caffeine and nicotine can do this. Alcohol acts as a stimulant and a depressant, but according to Dr. Chris of Healthhype.com, alcohol can also affect the heart rate and lead to heartbeat.
Most importantly, a combination of alcohol, insomnia, and overeating can lead to "heart disease syndrome" in which a more severe arrhythmia can develop called atrial fibrillation.

3) Medications
Pseudoephedrine, asthma drugs, and stimulants such as diet pills have adrenaline-like properties and can therefore cause heart attacks. Even certain drugs intended to prevent some arrhythmias, such as beta-blockers, can cause SVT.
Severe changes in thyroid hormones can promote heart rate, such as certain herbs such as Ginkgo Biloba, ginseng, and valerian in high doses, according to Ray Sahelian, MD.

4) After meals
Walking after a meal may be related to what you ate, your posture, or even what emotions you experienced during and after the meal. Spicy or rich foods can cause heartburn in others, leading to heart palpitations. An ingredient in foods such as MSG, or an allergen, can lead to a heart attack, reports Healthline.com.
Some people may develop a heartbeat when they stand behind a meal.
If the meal itself was a stressful one, this could have a further heartbeat, and it had nothing to do with the actual diet.

5) Hormones
Heart rate may be due to hormonal fluctuations during hot flashes during menopause and during menstruation. "After a high fever, the heartbeat is the second most common complaint associated with the closing time, and it can be scary," explains Maribel Hernandez, MD, an electrophysiologist at Lankenau Medical Center.
Heart palpitations are also common during pregnancy.

6) Working Night Shift
Sometimes the causes of a heart attack are not clear. As a young nurse, I developed ulcers from working at night. My body could not tolerate the change in my circadian rhythm.
However, before the doctor determined that this was a problem, I was sent for an echocardiogram and EKG to keep my heart healthy.

Remember, if you are trying to end your stroke by avoiding suspected causes without success, seek medical help. It is important to make sure that nothing else happens that could affect your heart rate abnormally.
