Dandruff is a condition in which the hair follicles of the hair follicles quickly replace the old white hair follicles of dead skin. It causes itching in the head. Mud is more common than you think, as most of us have at some point in our lives. Dandruff is a result of dead skin, but it can also be caused by several other factors, such as cold winter air conditioning, unhealthy foods, and harsh chemicals found in unhealthy shampoos, or dandruff shampoos. Hot water reduces water on the scalp and destroys the natural oil of the skin on the scalp making it dry and crumbly.
Dandruff is the first manifestation of a condition known as seborrheic dermatitis. It is generally accepted that Malassezia yeast is the causative agent responsible for dandruff. In addition to the hair follicles, it can affect the face, the anterior and posterior areas of interscapular, and flexibility. In severe cases, dandruff can cause some hair loss, which can be reversed once the swelling is extinguished. Behind the ears may be red or oily scales may also appear in the ear.
Not all scales on the scalp should be called dandruff. In severe cases such as scalp psoriasis, contact and allergies, cheap lichen simplex nape infection in the neck may mimic dandruff so consult a dermatologist should be considered in severe and recurrent cases.
Dandruff sometimes gets worse in autumn and winter due to dry air but progresses in summer. But there are many ways to prevent hair loss, some of which are: -
Massage your hair using natural oil
Using natural oils such as coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, etc. to exfoliate the scalp twice a week can help keep the scalp moist and prevent dandruff from developing. Hot oil moisturizers can do wonders for your scalp and hair. However, it is advisable not to overeat at all.
Avoid washing your hair with hot water
Hot water makes the hair stiff and reduces the scalp. The latter leads to cracked hair and light skin.
Wash your hair with apple cider vinegar once a week
Doing so can help protect and reduce dandruff. The antiviral properties of apple cider vinegar kill fungus or bacterial growth in a short time.
Drink enough water
The water that keeps our body and the scalp hydrated keeps the hair down. In winter people often drink less water and thus in the winter, everyone cries about getting dandruff.
Don't take the pressure One of the reasons for the problem is stress. Stress causes hormonal imbalances in our body which lead to excess oil secretion in our skin and then inflammation.
Follow a healthy diet
Food plays a key role in keeping the skin healthy. Excessive intake of carbs and sugar is detrimental to the body and head. Sugary foods cause this couscous gland to produce more oil. So avoid foods that contain carbs or sugary foods.
Choose your car wisely
An anti-dandruff shampoo containing salicylic acid and Vitamin E, which eliminates the buildup of the scalp is the answer, washing it without strain and moisturizing the skin to reduce irritation, making your scalp feel fresh.
Avoid using hair products
Hair products such as hair spray, hair wax can lead to the formation of oil on the scalp and thus lead to problems. Avoid overuse of these products. Choose an alcohol-free style product as it tends to dry the scalp.
Stop comprehensive antibiotic treatment
Dandruff is usually treated with regular shampoo use against fungal yeast including 2% ketoconazole or zinc pyrithione, selenium sulfide, 1% terbinafine weekly once and for all. Sometimes oral medications such as itraconazole may be needed.
